A medium dry blend from Jonagold, King David, Hudson Golden Gem and Roxbury Russet apples. We age this with bourbon infused oak, creating a warm and smooth drink. Apples impart sharp acidity and the oak provides soft notes of vanilla and caramel. It is fermented medium dry and is best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 6.9%
