Sentio Prosecco - Italy
This is a Prosecco with a lot of character. It’s a pale straw color and has aromas that include citrus, pear, and a hint of lilacs. The mousse is fresh and persistent, with a clean, medium-verging on full-bodied texture. Flavors are clean, fruit-driven, and crisp, with a long finish. It’s a Prosecco that’s reasonably priced enough to use as a mixer but is tasty and nuanced enough to sip on its own.
BRUT BLANC de BLANCS
LES ALLIES – FRANCE
This wine is 100% Chardonnay. Graphite and spice accents lace this tightly meshed, mouthwatering Sparkling, with vibrant acidity swathed in a fine and silky mousse, carrying flavors of ripe melon, lemon sorbet, toasted brioche, and mineral notes.
The French did not invent winemaking, but they have perfected it. This sparkler will inspire poetry, awe, and wonder.

Astoria “Lounge” Sparkling Moscato has very fine and persistent bubbles with straw yellow and greenish reflections. The wine is delicately sweet with a basis of fresh fruit flavors of peach, melon, and pear balanced with gentle notes of white petals. The finish is balanced and well rounded. Also in a fun single serving size.
