A medium bodied wine with bright red berry flavors, a light touch of oak and soft tannins. Stainless steel fermentation, then 90% barrel aged in French Oak. The Pinot Noir is primarily sourced from the Anderson Valley and we blend a small amount of Syrah to give it structure. Pairs exceptionally well with grilled salmon, roasted chicken and summer vegetables or by itself with a good friend.
